Port Everglades CES Application with Appendixes

The attached Information Bulletin is issued to announce the solicitation for applications to operate a CBP Centralized Examination Station (CES) for Port Everglades, Florida. The solicitation period commences July 24, 2018 and expires on September 24, 2018. The initial phase of the selection process will consist of a 60-day application period, or "open season". Public comments are also invited.

The deadlines for this solicitation are as follows:

· Applications to operate a CES must be received by September 24, 2018 (60 calendar days from the date of this Information Bulletin). Applications received after this date and time will not be considered. Applications found to be incomplete may not be considered.

· Public comments must be received by August 24, 2018 (30 calendar days from the date of this Information Bulletin).

The application process, required information, CES minimum standards and requirements are detailed in the attached Public Information Bulletin, CES Application Contents, CES – Minimum Standards and Appendixes. Please review all the information detailed as part of the PEV CES solicitation.
